Cilantro Hummus

Hummus is THE bomb.com

I’ve had many different types of hummus, such as regular hummus, red pepper hummus, old bay hummus, roasted garlic hummus, siracha hummus, curry hummus, and cilantro hummus. I’ve pretty much had every hummus out there even truffle hummus which wasn’t good, but hey I had to try it because I was really curious. You know how that is…

I normally pair my hummus with Pita chips, pita bread, wraps, with carrots, regular corn chips, or even with your dinner. This is a must at a get together with friends or when you’re sitting alone reading a book.

If you ever had cilantro hummus from the grocery store, I’m sure you know how good it tastes and Man O Man it is delicious and honestly it’s one of those things that I don’t feel guilty eating and can just sit there and eat and eat. So I made my own version, of cilantro hummus. It’s super easy and delicious. I dipped my cilantro hummus with Pita Bread from the grocery store. I’m sure you can find a good recipe for pita bread or you can go to Moby’s Dick and just buy their pita bread. You can’t go wrong with their pita bread! I think I can just eat it by its self…wait let me take that back it would go well with this cilantro hummus…..mmmm yummy!

This hummus is a nice crowd pleaser. It’s really beautiful in color and it’s has a beautiful and amazing smell of cilantro. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
