Baby Lettuce Turkey Wraps

Lettuce Wraps

So I’ve been with my husband since forever and there are times were I’ve had dinner or lunch by myself of course because he will be at work late, with the family, running errands or at the gym. So this past Sunday he was busy, so I was running errands, you know being house wife cleaning, grocery shopping and when I was doing our weekly grocery shopping, I thought to myself what would be quick and easy lunch to cook up? When I passed the Iceberg Lettuce I thought mmmm maybe some lettuce wraps! But then I saw these cute Baby Lettuce. I’ve actually really never seen these but I’m sure any lettuce will work(if you can’t find the baby lettuce). I thought these baby lettuce wraps would be great for me and I would feel better about cooking lunch then buying something like fast food.

This is a perfect and light dish. This is a great substitute for tacos, especially when you are trying to watch your carbs and sodium. I’ve had plenty of ground turkey wraps, so I decided to make my own version. Oh and the sauce is what brings this wraps together! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
