Arugula Berry Salad

I can’t tell you how much I really love this salad.

It super quick, easy, healthy, and satisfies the palate.

If you told me a few years ago that I would be enjoying salad, let alone Arugula, I wouldn’t believe you. I don’t know what happened, its like one day I woke up and did a complete 360.  Crazy right…?

For a few months I would constantly stop at Panera Bread, just to order their Strawberry Poppy seed salad.  I had to stop that little habit of mine. I realized that addiction I had going , wasn’t helping my bank account situation.


I was determined to come up with my own version. 

Arugula.  It can taste bitter on its own.

But with the right mixture of ingredients, arugula can be out of this world.  This is why I feel that the strawberry’s and blueberry’s add just the right amount of sweetness.  I really fell in love with Annie’s Poppy seed dressing and felt it would add just the right touch to this salad. 

I swear I can’t get enough of it.

Arugula Berry Salad

  • 5 oz of baby arugula
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup of sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 TBS of Annie's Natural organic Papaya poppy seed dressing
  1. In a large bowl place arugula,strawberries, blueberries.
  2. Sprinkle almonds and feta cheese.
  3. Drizzle dressing.
  4. Eat up.
